A full climate analysis has to be done to determine which design strategies should be used, being Ningxia an extremely hot area in summer and very cold in winter to have a comfortable working environment was a total challenge. A void space within the building is created, offices are arranged around the empty space so an exchange of heat is generated and fresh air is constantly recycled. During summer, air flows from outside brings cooler air to change the hot air inside, and during winter, air circulates and the building works as a green house to preserve heat.
