Nogueró Residence

The home rises from the landscape through a form that is composed by two ramps. One rising perpendicularly to the slope of the land, and the other parallel to the same. It results in a suspended body on the street (east)indicating the entrance of the house, and a longitudinal body returning to the landscape to west. The entrance connects directly to the common areas of the house through stairways.

The kitchen goes back to the patio and possess an enlarged field of vision to the rooms. Access to the rooms can be made through the kitchen, laundry or the living room. The accessible roof, over the balcony of the living room, creates a strong connection between the interior and the exterior of the home. The home being a solid volume of concrete, allows for a better connection with its surroundings.
