The client - NOISIS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS S.A. - providing specialized consulting services to companies and organizations of the Private and Public - gave us a semi-completed apartment building and ordered an office building to shelter their needs. So we did. The design involved a new shell that was supported by a metallic frame bolted on the concrete structure of the existing body. We aimed at light and dynamic form. The final cut was the last of a long series of 5 or 6 alternatives that were disqualified during the design process. We prefered the first one.
