After designing the base building at 376 E. Main Street in Bay Shore, TPG was retained by the tenant to design a multi-practice fit out of the building’s interior. The facility houses three medical practices – Pediatrics including Pediatric Cardiology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Urogynecology – all which are affiliated with Northwell Health.
The pediatric practice is located on the ground floor. The plan includes a large waiting room and 13 examination rooms, as well as specialized facilities such as an X-ray room with ceiling-mounted equipment, three echo-cardiograph exam rooms, a stress test room, and additional ancillary support areas.
The second floor consists of two allied practices — Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynocology. These groups share common support areas but have their own waiting rooms. Maternal Fetal Medicine features six ultrasound rooms and three consultation rooms, and the Urogynocology practice consists of six exam rooms and two large treatment procedure rooms.
