"Oak Skin Apartment" is an urban duplex apartment located in a newly constructed residential building and serves as the permanent residence of its owners.

The key element of the design concept was the creation of an oak "skin" that follows the structural elements of the building and, with a sculptural approach, transforms to create the floor, the furniture, and in some cases, new spaces, providing continuity and flow to the space.

Functional utilization, ergonomics, and natural materials were used as design tools with an emphasis on aesthetics, creating a modern, pleasant, and comfortable environment with references to art deco motifs.
