The project is located on the borders of a bustling tourist area in Chalkidiki. The aim of the project was to create a new tourist product that stands out and surprises with its building stock.

The study revealed a complex of four independent houses with extensive outdoor space with a variety of functions, such as outdoor dining and kitchen, swimming pool and living areas. Although the settlement is coastal, the plot is characterized by the lack of visual escapes to the sea. So this fact as well as the orientation determined the turn of the complex towards the unobstructed view of the adjacent mountain and its dense vegetation. The type of pine that grows in the area is very special and impressive. The area in which the complex is located is relatively flat, size 4 acres. and particularly disadvantaged.

The plot at its northern end is adjacent to this pine-covered mountain while at its southern end is the impressive coast of the settlement. The layout was organized symmetrically on the axis of the mental connection of these two elements and 2 typologies of habitation were designed. Symmetrically on this axis was developed a small village, a composition that in development could lead to an interesting modern way of living.

The buildings are low in height with internal balconies in order not to increase their height and disturb the sense of the village. The thick external stone structures of the buildings dominate the space but at the same time are part of the natural environment.

The idea of carving the stone volumes with oblique engravings and at the level of view and plan, gave the character to this settlement. Sections are removed from the stone blocks to create entrances, openings, semi-outdoor spaces and interior balconies.
