The coworking pioneers betahaus opened their third location in Sofia in late 2022 with a space of 1500-sq.m. combining hot desks, open areas and office rooms for teams. The coworking space has a small kitchenette and a social area as well as a variety of meeting spaces including meeting rooms, phone booths and standing meeting points. The interior is based on the stark contrast between the wooden office rooms and the monochrome common spaces, while the ceiling in the closed spaces is wooden lamelas by Hunter Douglas and  concrete ceiling is exposed in the open spaces. The flexible seating halls are arranged around soft large desks with integrated greenery where one can pick a spot to open their laptop and choose their view.
