MAGNUM - the new largest business centre in Kaunas. The project was built on the site of the unfinished "Respublika" hotel, which was distorting the image of the city for more than 20 years and was nicknamed the "Ghost". The complex consists of two interconnected 12- and 8-storey buildings with a total area of ​​21,000 m². MAGNUM has completed the urban structure of a new business district in Naujamiestis, reintroduced Karmelitai st., opened the inner courtyard of LSMU and A. Mickevičius st. This business centre has not only changed area’s image but also become the landmark of Naujamiestis.
