Located within the Uptown Queretaro shopping center in Juriquilla is the Uptown Corporate. With 6 floors of 1250 square meters including the ground floor, in a total of 7500 square meters, and with a floor height of 4.5 meters. The shape of the plant results from the maximum use of the allocated space and presents a trapezoidal prism with curved corners to achieve a softer and less aggressive volume.

The facade of the building is completely covered with Reflecta Duovent glass modulated in pieces of 1.20 x 3.60 so that the crystals were of standard commercial measures and thus lower costs, along with vertical aluminum parasols projecting 25 cm contribute to lower energy consumption in air conditioning.

The ground floor contains the entrances to the building, to the three underground levels for parking, to the vestibule of access and motor lobby, same that integrates inside the plant to avoid additional volumes and recesing the walls of this plant, to make the volume of the building appears floating.

The lobby is lined with Travertino Veracruz and Guanacastle wood, the lighting is indirect and red leather armchairs generate a point of attention. Finally on the roof a pergola space was developed with living areas, surrounded by vegetation, as a place of recreation with an excellent view of the city.
