Marvel collaborated with the Hudson Companies to design One Clinton, a modern residential structure that blends with historic Brooklyn Heights brownstones and the dynamism of Downtown Brooklyn. The minimalist facade, clad in limestone and bronze, mirrors New York City's diverse scales and user types, while the unique triangular footprint of the building lends it a distinct shape. Each of the building's three faces caters to different urban vistas: Manhattan's Midtown to the north, the harbor to the southwest, and brownstone Brooklyn to the east.
The ground floor hosts the new Cadman Plaza branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, featuring 26,620 square feet of flexible space under a lofty 20-foot ceiling.
