Kelowna city council has given its blessing to the ONE Water Street condo development, which will be the tallest buildings between Metro Vancouver and Calgary once complete.
The 36 and 29-storey towers will be the first of their kind in downtown Kelowna and will be built in the “Sunset District” on a former rail yard site locally known as the “dirt pile.”
The tallest tower will be constructed first and contain 221 units. The second, 29-storey tower will contain 182 units, and will be constructed as part of phase two.
