Designed one-story wooden building used as an osteopathic clinic in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. At the request of the client -- a former professional baseball trainer -- we created a multi-purpose space that could be used not only for osteopathic treatment, but for stretching, training, and conducting seminars. By varying the gradient of the roof (ceiling) in a single, unpartitioned rectangular space, we attempted to create a unique character for each area. Within a limited space, our goal was to design an osteopathic clinic that facilitated ease of movement for both patients and practitioners.
