a description of the house . . . your perfect holiday home In short a holiday house in an 18th century Puglia town house lovingly renovated with care for every detail in early 2016 situated on Corso Garibaldi, the main street of Fasano and very near Piazza Ciaia, the main square the house has two floors, a roof terrace with sea view, designer furnishings, air conditioning and central heating would suit a couple, a family or a small group of friends (a maximum of 4 people) under the same management as Masseria Alchimia please note the stairs are very steep! parking is easily found in the side streets There is a living room, kitchen and guest W.C. on the first floor as well as a delightful small balcony looking onto Corso Garibaldi with glimpses of the sea. The second floor consists of a well appointed and contemporary bedroom with an open-plan en suite shower and second W.C. As well as the double bed there is an additional day bed and cots for babies and small children can be provided on request. Every last detail has been thought of. At the top of the house is a roof terrace with panoramic view of the sea. It is equipped with a large sun lounger, seating and an open-air shower.
