The house is situated on a coastal lot with a north-south orientation. Its programmatic layout is organized by distributing four blocks parallel to the coastline.
These blocks are linked by a circulation spine, which is defined by a solid adobe wall that acts as a barrier, providing complete privacy to the house on its southern side. Conversely, in the connecting sections between the blocks, this circulation path becomes completely transparent, allowing north-south visual connections and highlighting the independent character of each programmatic block.
In contrast to this southern barrier, the different spaces open up completely to the north, maximizing the exceptional views of the Pacific Ocean.
The entrance to the home is made through an enclosed courtyard that marks the transition between outdoors and indoors. This leads to a main foyer, which opens into the social area in the first block, housing the living room, dining room, and integrated kitchen. Continuing along the circulation spine, one reaches the private area located in the remaining two blocks, which comprise the two children's bedrooms and the master en-suite bedroom.
A semi-open barbecue area, along with spacious verandas and intermediate courtyards, reinforces the connection between the interior and exterior, promoting an outdoor lifestyle closely connected to the natural surroundings.
Toward the eastern end of the property, separated from the rest of the house by a landscaped path and without a direct internal connection, sits an exclusive guest block. This volume consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small enclosed storage room. Its entrance is completely independent, allowing for autonomous use without disrupting the daily dynamics of the main house.
