The pavilion sits at the entrance of the Bouleyres Woods in Bulle. Its shape echoes the curves of the nearby skatepark and pumptrack. Designed in close collaboration with a company specialising in computer-aided tube bending, the 78-millimetre steel tubes were given a double curvature to form a lattice like structure of 4.8 metres in diameter and spanning 24 metres. A translucent membrane is tensioned along each tube forming a canopy, reminiscent of a chrysalis.
