Tucked away in Niseko, Japan, The Pavilions House 1, Keyaki Villa is a two-storey residence that sits in Ginto Village, one of the largest development lots in the area. Nestled in the lush Ginto woodlands, the intimate location offers a panoramic view of Mount Yōtei, projecting the dreamy palette of the white snow in winter and the green of the meadow in summer.
ALT designed a 420m2 villa comprising of 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. Stretching between two levels, the expansive property embodies luxury by the book with multiple ensuites, a spa pool, kitchen and versatile living area. Imbued with the traditional Japanese sukiya design, Japanese screens are used to create separations for creating small and intimate environments.
