The area surface on which Il Pavillon stands is within an industrial area, the area pertaining to the guesthouse is 2000m2. The new construction measures 320m2 and is surrounded by a 580m2 body of water and accessibility to the Pavillon is permitted by a drawbridge. The client's request was to have a space close to the company in which to host and at the same time find peace. The guesthouse rests on a reinforced concrete base, with a metal structure, wooden infills, adequately insulated, microcement flooring (internal and external).

To access the interior you walk along a microcement ramp with a finish that simulates stone. The space opens onto the living area, here too the floor is in microcement, helicoptered, then you move into the large dining area and finally into the bedroom. Inside, through the glass walls, a constant dialogue is maintained with the outside, with scenography that changes according to the seasons. In the living room we are welcomed by an enveloping Pack sofa by Edra, crossing the sliding door we enter the dining/kitchen area where we find the Dilmos Milano gold leaf table, with Foggini chairs for Edra, Scrigno sideboard by Edra, Panzeri arc lamp. And here too we find ourselves in the presence of a large window from which we see the water surrounding the pavilion.

Even in the bedroom, thanks to the sliding windows we have a continuum with the terrace. The bathrooms with Gessi taps, the Tubes towel warmers, the lights by Ingo Maurer, Nemolighting by the Cassina group model Fox and the Mohebban carpets complete everything. The lake is surrounded by a 740 m2 garden with trees and shrubs from the Roagna nurseries and the Luchetti nurseries in Pistoia. The garden that combines the essence of Japan with Piedmontese culture has a 380 m2 lawn, with 23 tall trees, 174 medium bushes and 1630 ground cover plants and bonsai from Japan.
