The couple, who turned to our studio, which is also responsible for renovating their previous apartment, and asked for a house that would be fun to raise their family in, host and, of course, with a pool - a significant upgrade in the standard of living. The house has a gym and an office, a walk-in closet and more, and a significant renovation will be done, which includes a master suite, showers, toilets, and a kitchen. Since we already know and understand the needs of the customers, no compromises were required in the planning. The location of the kitchen and living room was changed, with the understanding that it is more appropriate to place the kitchen near the exit to the balcony, for hospitality reasons. This way the kitchen also got a kind of privacy and the living room looks much more spacious. In fact, only the children's rooms, remained in their original place

A wardrobe for storing shoes and a sitting area are located in the area of ​​the entrance hall. A wood-clad wall starts in the hallway and continues to the dining area. In the living room there is a spacious, huge and comfortable sofa 5 meters long. It's a modular sofa that the whole family can throw together, with a chaise longue at each end. The design has very clean lines, pleasant and relaxed, and includes prominent combinations of white and wood. Behind the sofa is a dining area with a table that does not take up space and can be opened if necessary, and on the left side is an aquarium with a volume of 1,000 liters. Near the dining area is a light metal bookcase, on which are placed ornaments and souvenirs of the family members. The metal continues the clean and minimalist line of the project, according to which it was important not to overload the space, even though the house is spacious and 3.9 meters high. The carpentry wall behind the dining area contains a hidden door at zero line, which leads to the parents' office.

A design that creates interest but does not burden the space

To the right of the living room is the kitchen, with a delicate and clean design, white and bright with a few veins that create interest but do not burden the space. The spacious kitchen allows for sitting at an island. The entire island and the cabinets are covered with porcelain granite and the island itself has a stove and a hidden hood, which is pulled out while cooking. Also in the kitchen is a niche between the cabinets, with a sink and a work surface. The goal is for the kitchen wall and the island to be a complete unit and a sort of practical sculpture in space; The lighting is interesting and subtle, highlighted in the dining area and above the island seating.

To the left of the entrance to the penthouse are the private rooms of the family members. The master suite is large, in the same bright colors. The bedroom has a powerful carpentry wall, with a hidden door that leads to a closet. The room has parquet, a delicately colored carpet and a bed with a dominant back. The bathroom in the suite has a free standing bathtub. The 3 children's rooms are spacious with a design compatible with the other spaces of the house, one of them is the living room. The large balcony is really another house, and it has many functions, including a 14 meter long pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and next to it a dining area with 10 seats, a sitting area with sofas Softness, a gym and a shower. Even in this space, the palette of colors and materials matches that of the interior of the house.
