Amidst the bustling effervescence of Barcelona's Eixample district, there arises the need to create spaces that become serene, tranquil, and welcoming havens. The renovation project for this residence aims to transform this space in the heart of the city into an authentic oasis—a place to escape the daily hustle and bustle and find calm and tranquility. Curved and organic lines, along with open and bright spaces, take center stage in this project. The fusion of circular forms and straight lines offers a spatial layout that shakes up the traditional concept of a corridor. In its place, there emerges a circulation structure with variable widths that narrows and widens to embrace different uses.

The new dining area, now open and airy, coexists with the old beams, structural witnesses to the building's history. A low piece of furniture follows the existing curve, highlighting the distinctive corner that defines the corner residences of the Eixample. The furniture piece embraces the window and creates an intimate corner that invites play and reading.

The kitchen, functional and comfortable, integrates into the dining area with a breakfast bar that organizes life around the stove and allows for various family activities. The final piece of furniture, with an open and decorative character, lends solidity to the space and marks the transition between the living room and the kitchen area.
