Spanning 250,000 m², the project is part of the Riviera Diamante Master Plan, a model that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational areas under a sustainable vision to revitalize Acapulco's coastal zone. Its location on Avenida de las Naciones, a key axis of the city, strategically connects the development with the urban context, offering privileged views of the Pacific Ocean and the adjacent golf course.
The project is organized into three organic platforms, designed to take advantage of the natural topography and minimize land alterations. This stepped configuration optimizes land use while compensating the architectural footprint with over 60% green areas, equivalent to 150,000 m² dedicated to gardens, landscaped terraces, and roof gardens.
This level connects directly with Avenida de las Naciones and houses the commercial plaza, conceived as a hub of social interaction. The open landscaped areas soften the commercial volumes, establishing a visual dialogue with the golf course. The plaza includes exclusive boutiques, fine dining restaurants, and entertainment spaces, consolidating itself as a transition point between the city and the development.
These platforms are dedicated to residential villas, arranged in a stepped manner to maximize privacy and ocean views.
