At the Davoserhof in Davos Platz, the Swiss national dish fondue is given a new setting. The restaurant was converted into a fondue pop-up with a lot of colourful boldness and a sensitivity for the existing structure. It has become cosy in the so-called Piz Piz. In the Stübli, rustic pine wood now meets surreal cloudscapes. Next door there is loads of British racing green, young art from all over the world and a wild winter garden with a view up to the Jakobshorn. And if you like, you can let the cheese simmer in a mini-box in good company and discover a refreshing collection of Swiss icons all around.
