The property is located on Príncipe de Vergara street, in the emblematic Salamanca neighbourhood, known for its classic style that defines a large part of Madrid. Amidst the bustle and vitality of this lively street, stands our building, built in 1960. Despite the constant activity of the surroundings, the house presents itself as a blank canvas, conceived to highlight the serenity that is intended to be created inside. 

The original layout was completely compartmentalised, with very small rooms connected to each other, a large number of metres devoted exclusively to corridors and little natural light. In the new layout, priority was given to the connection between spaces, optimising the square metres by means of open-plan rooms, more light and a layout that allows the whole house to be fully enjoyed. 

The refurbishment focused on creating spaces where light floods every corner, integrating the exterior and interior in the same room, and ensuring that every journey through the home is enjoyed in its entirety. The 
ample spaces and the use of noble materials transform the flat into an oasis of tranquillity. The furnishings, with simple but elegant lines, bring seriousness to the whole, with occasional exceptions of designer pieces that add a distinctive touch. 

This project is distinguished by its ample spaces, connected to each other by means of generous hallways and elegant anterooms. 

The essence of the project lies in creating a clean and elegant space to enhance the pieces that inhabit it.
