The idea of the project was to choose a natural and textured cladding material to break with the typical monotony of the neighborhood and the houses in series. Our goal was to create something original that would bring vitality and dynamism, which is why the lattice was added, which not only generates an aesthetic value, but also fulfills a crucial function in the integration of the home with its environment.
The lattice, with its permeable design, allows a fluid connection between the exterior and interior of the house. This feature facilitates the entry of natural light and fresh air, creating a healthier and more vibrant environment for the inhabitants. The connection with the outside environment contributes to significantly improving the quality of life inside the home, providing a feeling of spaciousness and well-being.
Our approach at Privanza was to design functional, open spaces on the ground floor, which would not only serve as living areas, but also adapt to the changing needs of the inhabitants. Making each space in the house a unique space, designed to provide comfort, inspiration and well-being, offering a richer and more dynamic living experience. In addition, the choice of natural materials not only provides aesthetics, but also respects the environment, promoting sustainability.
By selecting coatings that harmonize with the environment, we achieve a visual and functional integration that turns Privanza into a refuge of peace and serenity. The lattice, in particular, stands out for its ability to filter light and generate shadow plays, creating a welcoming and changing atmosphere throughout the day.
