The house is built on one story with total construction area of 92 sq. meters. It has all advantages of the private family house. It consists of two bedrooms, a big opened space including the living room, the dinning room and the kitchen, with the possibility of separating the living room. The service rooms are on the north side of the building. All living spaces are oriented to the garden. During summer a table can be placed on the outside terrace short from the kitchen. There is a fireplace between the living room and the dinning, giving heat and comfort wintertime. The forms of the exterior are simple and the volumes' composition is lead by the functional separation on the plans. The materials used are typical for the region- white plaster, roof tiles and ledge stone.
