Located in a private small building in the heart of the historical centre of Frattamaggiore . The house is 400 metres squared on two levels and is structured around the internal courtyard where the terraces overlook .
In the main entrance , a crucial part of the house ,there is a staircase built from scratch that leads to the second level of the house which is the guest area.
On the walls of the staircase the commissioned artwork has been signed by a Neapolitan artist Daniela Cicattiello .
The house has high ceilings , attics and open spaces with several staircases and lifts.
The interiors and the exterior of the house have been meticulously planned using high quality material . The completion of the lighting system has been a very important part of the architectural project and integral to the structure and the decor.
