Wine Bar Process is a place with a selection of the best organic wines from Serbia and the Balkans. The creators visited the smallest and most famous wineries throughout the year to find the pearls of Serbia. Therefore, wine and human relationships have become the protagonists of this space.
The main idea of the wine bar process is a democracy, which permeates both the philosophy of human relations and wine as the main center of attraction. Here people should get acquainted, spend time, and try completely new unknown wines and snacks from products from the local market.
Therefore, we placed people so that their eyes were at the same level. In the space there is a zone of standing and high seating on the bench, so all people are on the same level. The bench is located along the perimeter of the hall, so all people sit on one bench, as it were, which unites them. The wine is illuminated with small, highly focused spots so that it glows from inside the glass and creates reflections on the table.
The name of the process also dictates the "everything in progress" design concept. The interior uses a lot of building materials that reflect the construction process and are a continuation of the name. For example, a bench and a bar counter are made of building blocks, a curtain is made of building mesh for facades, raw walls in bathrooms, and a mosaic with a logo as if found on the original brick walls.
The main color is a neutral gray, like the color of the building blocks and the original concrete ceiling. Orange - is the main color of organic wine. And an active historical brick.
The mirror on the wall reflects the entire hall and the people in it. The lighting system chosen is not traditional, there are several narrow spots on the tables and an orange light installation around the perimeter of the hall in the same form as the shop.
