- What are the owner's requests and expectations for the project and how were they met?
An apartment that all the functions of the environments were well used and distributed.

- Is it construction, renovation or interior design renovation? If it was a renovation, how was the internal distribution of the property afterwards?
A renovation – under the pool there was an unused area, we demolished it and integrated it into the girl's room, making a beautiful playroom.

- What is the inspiration and conception of the project?
A timeless project with a gray base and some color and fun points, the home theater on the intimate floor was ordered entirely in shades of blue. Another interesting point was also the master suite in shades of red that was requested by customers.

- What factors were analyzed for the choice of coating materials? What materials stand out? Are there any ecological or technological materials that deserve to be detailed?
The featured material is the home intimate wallpaper, wall art purchased at Orlean SP, which has an acoustic function.
Another point was an acrylic “guardrail” adhesived by think surface – to disguise the building’s railing, since the living room was expanded by removing the balcony.
