The owner of this project is a migrant worker currently residing in Japan, her family makes periodic visits in the Philippines thus finding a need for a home away from home during those time. She wants something of a more contemporary look rather than the typical mediterranean inspired design of which is very prevalent in the country, simple lines with an unusual color combination seems to be effective in achieving the look that the owner wants. The house is comprised of six bedrooms -- 2 guest rooms one located on the ground floor the other on the second floor, a grand parents bedroom also on the ground floor, also on the second floor are the 2 girls bedroom, and the master bedroom nesting on solitude in the third floor, an open space planning is used for the main areas like living and dining giving it a more spacious look which also opens up to a large lanai, a functional kitchen is adjacent to its dirty kitchen that is divided by a large counter table for preparing meals which can also be used as a breakfast nook.
