The design approach was to provide a free canvas for the creative bunch of Qrio to create the spaces they desire for themselves. The flooring was kept entirely carpeted, so that the students can drop off their shoes outside and feel free to hop on any space they want, without any hassle, inside the studio. The modular furniture was designed in the form of a pie, from which pieces could be taken out as per individual preferences and requirements, and be rearranged back again into the pie.
The back wall was painted with black chalkboard paint, providing the students with a huge open canvas. One corner of the room called the 'yellow cube' was allotted the 'chill-space' of the studio where the students can take a nap, relax or read a book. In order to create the 'yellow cube' yellow carpet was used for the flooring, the ceiling and walls were painted yellow, and yellow furnishings were used to complete the look of the cube. A lot of storage spaces were also designed along with it.
