When Chef José Ramón Castillo arrived from Barcelona, he really wanted to share his new sweet masterpieces. Exclusive bonbons and sculptures made out of chocolate needed an atmosphere worthy of grandeur and elegance. We thought instantly in two of the most famous feminine affairs: jewels and chocolate. That’s how the jewelry concept was born. Only a place like this would be appropriate to exhibit such exquisite pieces.
