A former cargo vessel was purchased after identifying a suitable fit for the available mooring space. The entire concept has been developed around a private hotel suite for four guests, or alternatively as a pied-à-terre for a successful American family seeking a unique residence abroad.
The design focuses on comfort, privacy, and an intimate spatial experience on the water. Every aspect of the interior layout has been carefully considered to maximize functionality within the constraints of the original hull, while still creating a refined and spacious atmosphere.
Sustainability plays an important role in the project. Solar panels are seamlessly integrated into the skylights, contributing to the vessel’s energy efficiency and reducing its environmental footprint. This ensures a more self-sufficient operation without compromising on design quality or comfort.
The finishing will be executed using high-quality, carefully selected materials (see manufacturers), emphasizing durability and a refined aesthetic. The overall result is intended to be a sophisticated, contemporary living environment that combines maritime heritage with modern luxury.
