Planning project of the restaurant Da Passano on Bonifacio’s harbor and a delicatessen.

A former butchery and a cellar situated on a carved on the cliff was refurbished to a restauration place around a musical tapas bar concept. A double skin in plaster was applied in the bottom of the cave to duplicate the existing one and create a ventilated crawl space between the former substandard medium and the new surface.

A wood meshing inspirited by the local artisanal technics of weawing chestnut baskets, browse the ceiling.
