Villa Spinola di San Pietro is a seventeenth-century villa located in the Genoese district of Sampierdarena, which is currently completely incorporated in the building expansion of the twentieth century. Today owned by the Municipality of Genoa, since the early 1900s it houses the headquarters of the "Piero Gobetti" High school
 
The project integrates the needs to adapt the building with the redevelopment of school spaces, opening them to the use of the local community and the territory, and configuring the school as a "Civic Center".
In particular, for the property in question there is the possibility of making the attic rooms and the guard tower visible, clearly indicated as "the Trabacche".
