ReversingLabs – Regional headquarters

Reversing Labs is the leading company for cyber-security in Croatia, which, since its foundation in 2009, has started to expand globally. Today they have offices in Zagreb, Switzerland and USA, and this autumn they moved into their new Zagreb offices. The new regional headquarters, spreading across 2000 m2 over two floors, is located in Radnička Street. In the new office project, we included areas for socializing, playing, work, rest, meetings, short calls, a large terrace, and other increasingly important amenities of modern office spaces.

From the very beginning of the project, we found Cyber Jungle an ideal guideline in designing the offices of a cyber security company. Figuratively speaking, ReversingLabs does just that – navigating through a cyber jungle of data and information, discovering hosts of new pests such as malware and other perils on a daily basis. We thus designed the interior following their story and what these skilled cyber jungle explorers do: in this plant-filled space, we come across various cyber elements such as regular-shaped grids on the ceiling, which serve as a backdrop for the cyber story, complemented by installations and lighting in a classic and functional office space.

Wall graphics were developed in collaboration with the design team of ReversingLabs and they complement the cyber landscape with its colors and lines, and motifs such as Spock and Neo invoke heroes we all love. Cyber palm trees intertwine with other office plants, which make the work space more enjoyable. Unlike the cyber jungle that spreads over the common areas and communication spaces, the closed offices are more toned down and thus more suitable for concentration and work, although employees can catch a glimpse of the jungled areas and foliage through glass walls.

Materials such as expanded steel sheets are reiterated in furnishing, whereas an illuminated metal cage display with 3D-printed representations of malware and pests stuffed away securely by the ReversingLabs team become focal points of the space, right by the main entrance.
