Rita & Steve

osb as Architects

The apartment of Steve and Rita is located in the district of Ruzafa, in full expansion of Valencia, has 68m2 + terrace, balcony windows that offer plenty of natural light and a large terrace in the back. They wanted a modern home but keeping the elements that made it unique, like the vaulted ceiling and the wooden beams, all restored. Pillars of exposed brick have also been left. As a result, we find a living room open to the kitchen and with a large bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen has an island with an induction hob and has all the necessary built-in appliances. It is open to the living room which has three large windows with white frames. In the bathroom we find a piece of furniture formed by oak shelves custom made by the carpenter; the two Foster countertop washbasins are by Duravit, the suspended toilet and the Duravit pushbutton, the extra-thin white shower tray by Resigres with a fixed glass screen; the taps are of the Hansa brand and the Tribeca Watts tiles by Mirage. The rest of the floor of the house is a porcelain imitation wood of the Fusion brand.

In master bedroom has a large wardrobe. The interior is stratified in linen textile, the sliding doors in white and aluminum profiles. Along the terrace, wooden strips, traded in autoclave, have been placed creating a bench and space for plants.
