This redevelopment project site had once housed a 1950's era gas station. Potential hazards required the firm undertake extensive site development, coastal permitting and approval from the Department of Environmental Health. The two year, multi-faceted permitting process proved successful in approval of new site use centered in the busy hub of the town center. The blighted, empty buildings of the past decade made way for much sought after storefront business footage. The two-story multi-use commercial building utilizes the best of urban design principles. The building face addresses the street with parking tucked behind, creating a more welcoming environment for both pedestrians and building users.
