The Royal Peninsula project is an 800 sqft three-bedroom flat tailored to perfection for a family of three, including a delightful young daughter. Meticulous attention to detail has been given to create a chic and inviting scheme that combines functionality with luxurious touches, offering a harmonious living experience for the family.

Upon entering the spacious living area, modern design seamlessly blends with warm, natural elements. A stunning wood-grained backdrop on the TV wall adds texture and an air of opulence, infusing the space with a sense of grandeur. An open rack provides a platform for displaying cherished family photos, adding a personal touch to the elegant surroundings.

The open kitchen is thoughtfully designed to enhance both aesthetics and practicality. The breakfast bar, adorned with a pristine white marble finish, becomes a stunning centerpiece—a place where family members can gather and share moments of togetherness over meals. Here, culinary delights and heartwarming conversations effortlessly intertwine, creating a hub of warmth and connection.

Step into the young daughter's bedroom, a vibrant haven of joy and creativity. Customized graphics in various shades of her favorite color, pink, grace the walls, bringing her dreams to life. Every detail has been carefully curated to reflect her unique personality and provide a nurturing environment for her imagination to flourish.

Indulge in the ultimate retreat within the master bedroom, where tranquility and functionality converge. The design incorporates a raised platform, ingeniously optimizing storage space. This innovative feature not only adds a touch of architectural interest but also offers ample room to store belongings, keeping the space uncluttered and serene.

Despite the technical challenges involved, our team successfully transformed the existing bathroom into two distinct spaces, achieving a remarkable feat—a luxurious en-suite master bedroom for the parents. This unique solution stands as a testament to our innovative approach, setting it apart as a truly unparalleled feature within the estate.
