Designed for a leading real estate developer in Kalyan, this 5,155 sq ft office is shaped around a simple idea: keep the space open, functional, and visually calm, while giving each zone a clear purpose.
The entrance sets the tone with a large, welcoming lounge that feels easy and spacious. A screen here showcases ongoing and upcoming projects, turning the waiting area into an active part of the brand story. Close by, the sales cabin and loan department are positioned to ensure that customer interactions flow naturally without feeling compartmentalized.
A 16-seater conference room sits anchored in the office practical in scale and straightforward in design built to support society redevelopment discussions and day to day internal meetings with equal ease.
Beyond this, the back end workspace is planned as an open layout where teams like management, architecture, and design can work together without visual or physical clutter. The MD’s cabin is placed strategically to overlook the entire office, giving leadership an unobstructed view while still keeping the space open and connected.
The design stays true to a minimalist, neutral palette, allowing the architecture and layout to do most of the work. This quiet backdrop makes the MD’s cabin the one intentional departure : a room defined by warmer, more energetic tones that add personality and lift the overall mood of the workspace.
The result is an office that is functional without feeling heavy, and aesthetic without unnecessary ornamentation—a clean, contemporary environment built to support both team productivity and customer engagement.
