The circulation spaces are thoughtfully activated with two alcove-style seating niches along the passage, transforming what would otherwise be transitional areas into intimate pockets for conversation and casual gatherings. These built-in moments add warmth and rhythm to movement through the villa.

Anchoring the social experience is a large projector screen placed across the seating area, creating an immersive setting for movie nights and match screenings.
