The RS house is a project designed for a family of 4 or more members with 142 m2 of construction, thinking about the general needs for each user was how the design of the house was create. The proposed design is contemporary with materials that contrast and integrate. The main materials are apparent concrete, wood, metal in black and a white sttuco. With these materials and the design of the general volumetry of the house it is possible to create a unique project. The project has two main areas, the public and private area. The public area is on the ground floor and has: living room, kitchen, dining room, ½ bathroom, laundry area, garden terrace, parking space / garage. In the private area is in the first floor and has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, in addition to the master bedroom with bathroom-dressing that looks towards the main facade of the house. In addition, it has a roof terrace. The game of the volumetries is given through intersected volumes that are denoted even more by the change of materials in them, which originates a game of lights, shadows and textures.
