Rupin Park, located opposite the National Library and next to the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, is designed as a new green space in the city, based on principles of integration with the existing landscape. The design emphasizes the preservation of the large trees on the site, alongside the creation of a network of paths, lawns, and structures that allow for diverse uses. The park is part of a broader initiative by the Jerusalem Municipality to expand public spaces in the city and strengthen the role of parks in urban planning.
