While working on the Salva d'or project, we were inspired by the atmosphere of a European bistro full of freshly baked bread flavor and wine glasses clink. As usual we tried to recreate it in a modern and LEFTdesign-styled way.
Salva d’or is a wine bistro, where the Spanish craftsman Salvador welcomes his guests at sunrise with fresh pastries and bread, and gathers friends for wine dinners by the fireplace in the evening.
The design was developed in two “directions”, both quite important for the restaurant’s concept: a bar counter symbolizing a wheat field with talks fluttering in the wind, art objects in the form of dew drops touched by the rising sun rays, wooden curtains-beads and plant paintings on the walls refer to handicraft and nature, while wine stalls, comfortable sofas, gold accents in the interior and dimmed lighting make the space fancy and suitable for long-lasting wine dinners.
