SAWIG OFFICE is an A class office building. It’s cozy and prestigious service and commercial building with usable area of approx 3.600 sq.m., located in Cracow, near Bonarka St. and Matecznego Roundabout. Sawig Office building have 6 floors, in which 5 ground and 1 underground. On four floors are located offices. On ground floor are commercial and service activities. On underground are located parking for car and bicycles with utility and technical room. The spacious interiors ensure freedom of arrangement and maximum comfort in work.

 

The building is distinguished by original architecture and the highest quality of materials, focusing on comfort and energy efficiency. Glass facade from Guardian is cut at different angles with aluminum construction lines. The architects gave the building dynamism which additionally distinguished the building from the surrounding architecture. Considering the context of the place and communication status in the city, the designed building had to be given a strong and recognizable form to become a landmark for residents and visitors, in this very deserted frontage of the Matecznego Round about.

 

The glass façade gives the office building character, additionally using natural light to illuminate and heat the interior, thereby reducing electricity consumption. In addition, the building uses mechanical ventilation, a VRV heating system, fire protection system, fiber optic connection, silent elevators.

 

The entrance to the office premises is located in the arcade from the Bonarka St.. From the Wadowicka St. was created a small public square with entrances to commercial premises.
