Our collaboration with the customer began with the selection of the plot of land. The customer's trust was voluminous – we were free to suggest any concept.  The house was designed by VOX Architects "as for ourselves" – we were given carte blanche and selected most interesting ideas, that suited the place.
 

We took into account all the tags, carefully assigned the project, and then everything happened as we wanted it to be. 

The main idea of the project is «a window with a sea view». A huge window, where the architecture is a frame to the glass, overlooking the sea.

The project of the house is thought out in such a way, that summer sun does not penetrate into the room. In winter, when the sun is low, it gets inside and warms up the atmosphere. This effect was possible to arrange due to the special architectural extension console, which forms a canopy over the second floor and a balcony over the first floor.

We love the bright feeling inside ourselves and all the rooms inside the house are also bright and one can walk around the house with dark glasses).
