Jaime Beriestain Studio bolsters the identities of the new establishments of the emblematic FARGA Group of Barcelona based companies, which have been making artisanal ice creams since 1957. The celebrated firm has placed its trust in Jaime Beriestain Studio for the makeover of its different establishments, creating new concepts in decoration and interior design to differentiate its customers and the products it offers them. Fruit of this partnership, two separate identities have been born.
FARGGI ICE-CREAM PARLOURS & CAFES: Artisanal ice-cream parlours with a contemporary twist. SECRETS BY FARGA: A social hub with a touch of industrial new chic. As his starting point, Jaime Beriestain chose to work on the beauty of imperfection, leaving the technical installations in full view, expressly creating patinas and using brickwork to achieve a “rough” effect.
To add warmth, large shelving units place the shop’s products on display.
“THE CHALLENGE WAS TO CONSOLIDATE A NEW BRAND FOR THE FARGA GROUP, TOGETHER WITH A DESIGN PROVIDING THE LAUNCHPAD FOR THIS NEW STRATEGY”.
