The site encompasses approximately 7.60 hectares and it offers 500 luxurious guest suites (85% of which have views to the sea), a 13,000 square foot Secrets Spa by Pevonia, convention center facility, five restaurants, Private Preferred Club and a championship golf course. EDSA did an initial Master plan Audit as well as provided schematic design and design development services. The resort officially opened in December 2013.
