The company seeks to project in their space a safety and wellness environment with co-workers in order to have a healthy organization 100% focused in their clients.
They were born more than 60 years ago from the union of three Mexican companies with a great trajectory, leaders in the insurance sector, bonds and affinity in Mexico. Always looking to be at the forefront, they carry on their transparent and collaborative organizational culture all the way to their new home in Artz Pedregal to improve the experience and quality of life of their collaborators.
The systematic work environment has evolved just like people and their ideas, driving the creation of strategic environments where creativity flows and concepts of collaboration and innovation multiply, simultaneously Sekura is constantly seeking to attract, retain and develop better skills in their every collaborator. Five main values were considered to implement the best spatial solution: health, concentration, comfort, a pleasant environment and the company values, determined by the level of satisfaction analysis carried out for their collaborators.
Designing attractive, comfortable and well-equipped spaces to live, work and recreate, as well as generating new environments of collaboration to strengthen the corporate identity is the spAce way. The spaces are designed to achieve well-being in an ingenious and harmonious way, defining the organization as considered, visionary and respectful.
Some examples are the areas of informal meeting and teamwork, personalized rooms, quiet rooms, medical and breastfeeding room, with services connected to the open area. Workstations surround the hubs of casual collisions, and semi-transparent meeting hubs with interior and exterior views that increase the flow of direct communication.
The finishes were decisive in the project, combining them in a complementary way, the carpets, the marble, the crystals, the wood and the furniture, to accentuate the character of the scenarios. In general, throughout the project, warm colors predominate with some key points such as walls, columns and carpets, where bright tones were used according to a chromatic palette that unifies the image and reinforces the identity of the organization. To freshen the rhythm of the whole place, the barriers of the common, functional and habitual were exceeded: pulling lines in a two-dimensional and three-dimensional way zigzagging in up and down flow throughout walls, panels, crystals and floors in multiple points linked geometrically.
A fresh, contemporary and innovative image was created, in the design of carpets, ceiling and furniture with natural light, and the diverse scenarios with the incorporation of vegetation. Concerned about the health and happiness that leads to personal satisfaction, we designed a unique life experience in Sekura’s working environment designed to increase well-being with the principles of coexistence and the promotion new forms of work.
