Sourcing authentic materials like Statuario marble and premium teak for flooring posed logistical challenges, especially when adhering to a tight timeline of eight months. Ensuring consistency in quality while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of these materials added complexity to the process. Another challenge was crafting bespoke elements, such as intricate marble carvings, curvy furniture, and handpicked Victorian wallpapers, which required exceptional craftsmanship and collaboration with artisans.
