Sight Sea is a single-family residential interior project located in Amagansett, NY. Though located on a picturesque property, the original design left covetable oceanfront sightlines on the table. The primary objective of the project was to shift the views back towards the water without disturbing much of the existing residence. 

The previous layout was closed off and compartmentalized by half walls and small, punched window arrangements. By reclaiming unused balcony space and reimagining the interior layout, the new design unlocked additional living space while maximizing views from the most used areas of the home.
