The materials are chosen for their environmentally friendly qualities such as low formaldehyde emission, ensuring the best possible minimization of air pollution. Almost all of the decorative materials be it for floors, walls or ceiling, are made of recyclable raw materials. The design optimizes access to the outside view in every part of the workspace with the intention to create a more relaxing and efficient work environment.

The electrical system’s sensor feature detects users in the areas that are not frequently used such as the copy room and meeting rooms, causing the lights to automatically go off when the spaces are left empty.
